Annmarie has a proven Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience working in a variety of sectors, working with managers and teams in order to enhance the business results, especially in times of expansion and rapidly changing environments by developing, aligning, and overseeing a comprehensive global people strategy. She has been a key partner in translating business and human strategies into goals and strategic objectives for organizations and plans has been a part of organizational and performance planning as well as employee engagement, and change management. She is of the opinion that learning is the primary aspect of the leadership process.
